Well, Obama will be in Elkhart, Indiana this Wednesday. That alone does not make me think he'll make the announcement this week, although with all the negative crap the McCain Camp has been sending his way, something new and positive like this would be perfect timing.
The real give away, more than anything else, is the fact that this URL: http://www.obamabayh08.com redirects to the DNC home page, www.democrats.org
